Short description
- Practice-orientated project management training for beginners according to the most widely used international standard of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), ISO 21500 and DIN 69901 f.
- In this training course, participants learn the processes and best practices of the PMI® model’s knowledge areas and process groups. In working groups, the basic methods and instruments of project work are trained in a practice-orientated manner.
- The training is aimed at all employees who work in projects.
