PMI-ACP® Agile Certification Training
Contents
The PMI-ACP® certification covers all important agile approaches and is thus the first internationally standardized training with such a broad spectrum of agile working. In contrast to many certifications in individual agile methods and roles such as Scrum Master, Kanban Professional, etc., the PMI-ACP® certification turns graduates into agile generalists. This gives them a broad basis for selecting and applying the most useful agile elements in project and line situations.
The training provides a sound insight into all popular agile approaches. The participants get to know the world of agile project management methods and tools. Participants are trained in the application of agile methods through the training of agile practices and learn about the requirements for the certification exam.

Prerequisites

- 12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years. A current PMP® or PgMP® will satisfy this requirement but is not required to apply for the PMI-ACP.
- 8 months of agile project experience within the last 3 years
- 21 training hours that you prove with this training program
