Rick has been enthusiastic about project management for many years and is an active volunteer in the German chapter of the world association for project management PMI. As a certified and authorised PMI Instructor, Rick has been guiding aspiring project managers through to successful international certification exams since 2015. Rick is passionate about supporting participants through to their CAPM® and PMP® exams. He was awarded the “PMIFC Volunteer of the Year” in 2019 for setting up a CAPM and PMP Study Group within the PMI Germany Chapter. He also helps develop the topic of project management regionally and leads the PMI GC Local Group Southwest. Rick joined the ALVISSION EDUCATION team in October 2020 as the Project Management Theme Officer. As a project management consultant, Rick facilitates the implementation of project management for clients and coaches project managers and project staff. Rick brings his strategic and tactical strengths for project management as a passionate and award-winning chess player.
